Full Conference registration includes:

  • all plenary and education sessions
  • continental breakfast and lunch Wednesday, Thursday and Friday
  • Wednesday Opening Reception; CAGP Banquet Thursday
  • pre- and post-conference web access to all education presentations (as released for inclusion)

Payment
Please make your cheque payable to CAGP Winnipeg 2018. Payment may also be made by Visa or Mastercard®. GST is not included in fees.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notice of all cancellations must be received in writing. Before March 16, 2018, if you must cancel your registration, three options are available:

1) Your registration may be transferred to a colleague within your organization at anytime (less a $75 Administration Fee);
2) Your registration may be carried forward for you to attend the 2019 conference;
3) Your fees may be refunded (less a $250.00 Administration Fee)

There will be no refunds or carry-forwards after March 16, 2018. No-shows forfeit the full registration fee.


General Information

Dress Code
Dress is business casual for the conference. Thursday night’s banquet is business attire.

Education Credits
Education sessions are eligible for education credits for Advocis, FPSC and CFRE. Contact the CAGP National Office by email at education@cagp-acpdp.org for further information.

Food Allergies
Please let us know if you have a severe allergy that requires special attention. However, we cannot guarantee that no cross contamination has taken place in the special preparation of an allergy free alternate meal. CAGP may not be able to accommodate all dietary preferences.

Session Handouts and Speaker Presentations Online
Speaker handouts are available pre- and post-conference on the CAGP website if provided by speakers. Access is password protected and registered delegates will receive a password once presentations become available. Delegates may print handouts prior to the conference from the CAGP website and will be able to print handouts at the conference.

Bursary Support
Bursaries are available to cover the cost of conference registration. Please visit the Bursary page to read the bursary guidelines.  Applications will be accepted beginning in December 2017 and must be received by February 5, 2018.
