The global pandemic has done more to normalize will making and nudge people to think about their personal legacies than anything else in our time. People are also focused on what truly matters and feeling altruistic at this challenging time. Through global examples, we will inspire you to rethink your approaches to legacy marketing and build amazing donor journey’s for your audiences – as well as understand the organizational impact of broad-based marketing and donor experience as tools to drive more legacy conversations and more connections. We will demonstrate the importance of digital channels in your legacy fundraising mix which allows you to engage with the largest donor cohort in history (and a vital part of your future).
