Our most frequent questions and answers

All delegates will receive an email via the virtual Conference platform, Pheedloop, which will contain a link to the platform, along with a password* that you will use in conjunction with your email address you used to register for the Conference.

*Please note that the password you will receive from Pheedloop is unique and different from the one you created when you registered for the Conference. 

The Pheedloop virtual platform can be used by any major modern browser, though Google Chrome tends to work the best (note that Internet Explorer is no longer supported). You will have the best virtual experience with a laptop or a desktop computer. You can read more about the optimal setup and internet requirements here

The Concurrent Education Sessions are hosted on Zoom.

Note that some companies have firewalls that will not allow you to use Zoom. Please check this beforehand and speak with your IT support provider.  Some other workarounds, in this case, are to use a personal computer, tablet or cell phone for attending Education Sessions on Zoom.

The plenary sessions, networking, breaks, and Solution Hub activities all take place in the Pheedloop platform and there is no need for special downloads for this. 

Try the following: 

  1. Go to
  2. Click on Reset password. You will get a new password sent to your email inbox (be sure to check your spam folder). The email will come from “” with the subject “Your temporary password”.
  3. OR contact Erin Kuhns at and she will reset your password for you. Note that the first option may be faster for you. 

Here are a few tips that may be helpful:

  • While most current browsers are supported, we recommend using Google Chrome. (Internet Explorer is not supported.)
  • Double check that you are copying emails and passwords correctly, without added spaces.
  • Ensure you have granted your browser the correct permissions.  

If you are having any problems once you are logged into Pheedloop and need assistance, there is a help section on the left hand side of the virtual platform. Click on this option and you can send an email for assistance.

PheedLoop automatically detects your time zone when you login to the virtual platform, and this time zone detection is based on what you have selected in your operating system’s date/time settings.

As a result, all dates and times in the virtual event portal are automatically adjusted to display in your local time zone.  Your local time zone is also listed next to each session’s date and time when the session is active on your page.

Your time zone is also listed in the “Account” section of the virtual event portal, and can be adjusted there.

We invite you to log into the Pheedloop platform before the Conference to familiarize yourself with it.

You can also watch this 23-minute demo, which will explain the features on the platform to help you get familiar in advance of the event. 

Once logged into the Pheedloop platform, click “account” on the left-hand menu, there you will be able to edit your title, add your professional biography, upload a picture, and add links to your social media accounts if you wish.

You’ll also be able to set your notification and privacy settings here.

The Concurrent Education Sessions are hosted by Zoom. If you have not used Zoom before, you will need to download Zoom Client for Meetings first (it’s free). We recommend doing this in advance of the Conference. 

When you click on a Concurrent Education Session in Pheedloop, it will take you into a Zoom room in a separate tab in your browser.

To get back into the Pheedloop platform, simply look for the tab in your browser that says CAGP’s 27th National Conference, it will remain open next to the tab with the Zoom session. 

The password you receive from Pheedloop is unique to you. Only those who have a registration for the Conference will receive this password. If you are seeking any kind of accreditation, you must be the person registered for the Conference. 

You will receive an email via the Conference platform, Pheedloop in advance of the event.  Once you create your account, you will be able to set up your profile and customize your schedule by choosing the sessions that interest you and building out your own schedule.

Note: Thanks to the virtual nature of this year’s event, there are no caps on sessions, so you do not need to commit to your sessions in advance.

Dress is casual/business casual. Whilst the sessions are all hosted on Zoom, we still recommend wearing pants!

Yes! Click the “Networking” link on the left-hand menu, and then find the tab on that page called “Group Chat”.  Each day, the Group Chat area will have a thematic way to connect with others.

Connections can be made via video – like a Zoom call, or in the text chat box if you prefer.

At the end of Day 1 and Day 2, we will also be hosting general networking in this same space, friendly and informal.

We strongly recommend delegates log into Pheedloop prior to the conference to get comfortable with the platform.

Yes, all sessions are accredited by CFRE and will count toward MFA-P recertification. Some sessions are accredited by The Institute/Advocis. To see which sessions are accredited by The Institute/Advocis, look for The Institute logo with some of the sessions on the Education Sessions page on our website.

Note: You can only receive CE credits with The Institute while watching live. CAGP needs to be able to provide a report to Advocis upon request, showing that delegates have attended the live session.

Yes, it is called the Solution Hub in Pheedloop. We invite you to explore the Solution Hub throughout the Conference; connect with our exhibitors and sponsors and check out the great products and services they have to offer. Several will be running contests during the event.

Yes, all sessions will be recorded and the recordings will be available to watch for 6 months after the Conference. Session recordings will be available 1-2 weeks post conference.

Yes, you can, and speakers will not be notified. 

If viewing a concurrent session on Zoom, simply close the tab to leave.  If you want to return, go back to the session in Pheedloop and click again to re-open the Zoom tab.

If viewing a plenary session or on-demand session, these are hosted inside Pheedloop.  If you click somewhere else on the menu, you will leave the session.  Simply press the back button, or return to the Sessions area to return.


Yes, you can access them by clicking on the Education Session of interest and then scrolling down to “Files”. If you don’t see “Files” there, it means the speaker has not yet provided a copy of their presentation. 

Not all speakers may have provided a copy of their presentation at the time of posting. As new presentations are received, they will be posted online so check back for updates.

Those who receive a delegate kit will be able to take part in 3 raffle draws for great prizes from our sponsors CI Assante, The Donor Motivation Program, and Norton Rose Fulbright. 

One prize will be drawn each day of the 3-day Conference. Instructions for the raffles will be provided during the live conference – this is what your envelopes are for. You must be present at the time of the draws in order to win the prize. If your number is drawn and you are not present during the live draw, another number will be drawn in replacement.

All of our education and plenary sessions will be recorded and all Conference delegates will get access to watch these recordings for 6 months after the Conference.

However, we encourage you to attend as much of the live Conference as you can, as there is great value in the live delegate experiences, with networking, discussion groups, raffle draws, and more!
